Are you a musician, artist or actor? Let’s explore your artistic identity.
My Training and experience in Psychology and Music allows me to have particular insight with artists and musicians and the challenges faced. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a vocalist and in the film music industry. I continue to actively pursue music as both a singer and a music teacher.
I combine my work as a psychotherapist and vocalist to work with singers who are struggling vocally, either with confidence or who are experiencing vocal stress. We work together to isolate the emotional constraints that might contribute to physical vocal stress.
Are you a TEEN? I provide a safe environment for adolescents to explore and build their identity. I also have extensive experience with teens, having been the Clinical Director of a Teen hotline (TEEN LINE). We trained 60 teens annually to take hotline calls, ranging from school stress to suicide.
Have you been struggling with infertility? Are you considering adoption? I work with individuals and couples experiencing the difficult choices involved in fertility treatments and the grief and loss that might be experienced in any stage.
As an adoptive parent, I can understand the grief and loss of infertility and the fear and ultimate joy of adoption. With compassion and understand, I support my client through this multi-layered process.
